On 1 March 2021, an Argentine Airlines Airbus 330 aircraft from Sheremetyevo with the vaccine cargo landed at Ezeiza International Airport at 01:53 Moscow time (at 19:53 on Sunday Argentinian time) delivering 517,500 doses of Sputnik V vaccine.

The second Airbus 330 aircraft took off from Sheremetyevo on 1 March at 15:03 Moscow time (09:03 Argentinian time) and landed at the Ezeiza International Airport at 01:50 Moscow time (19:50) on March 2. It delivered 732,500 doses of the vaccine that brought the total number of arrivals on the two planes to 1,250,000 doses.

Two-thirds of the new doses are Component 1, which is primarily intended to complete vaccination of medical personnel and to continue vaccination of persons over 70 years of age, while the rest is Component 2 and will allow the completion of vaccination programs already started.
